Ostrów Tumski is not only the first residence of the Piasts, but also one of the symbolic places of the beginnings of the Polish state. The heritage interpretation centre could not have been established anywhere else.
In the dazzling "Poznan’s Gate" building, one can visit modern multimedia exhibitions that present, among others, the early history of Polish statehood.
